the breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. the location was prefect for a short walk to the Botanic Gardens one way and a pleasant walk along the river to the city centre and the castle in the other. Friendly and informative owner .

The couple was friendly and helpful. We got a great recommendation for dinner the night we arrived. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful.

This is a very fussy thing, and they're used everywhere, but I always get too hot under those thick duvet covers.

Nice part of town; everything is pretty much a short walking distance away. Host was very informative and welcoming. Hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Room was very comfortable and warm.

We found this charming B&B for 3 nites in Inverness, Scotland. Very pleasant stay... nice size rooms with the "all-important" 2 guest chairs and a table. (Yes.. that sounds silly... but our hotel in Edinburgh that costs more than 2 times that had one comfy chair and no table). Owner was pleasant, chatty and helpful with suggestions for food, luggage and sites. (Rumor is that he was a famous chef before retiring) Yes.. Scottish breakfast was terrific. Plenty of parking...

It was only a 10 min walk into the centre of town. Very nice breakfast. Room quiet small, but adequate for a brief stay.

Shower pressure was not great. You could hear people talking in room downstairs, from my bedroom.
