Our time at Grace Hotel Santorini was amazing. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was at the bottom edge of the hotel looking towards Skaros rock. The location is perfect overlooking Skaros rock for the sunset and you can see both sides of the Caldera towards Oia and Fira. The infinity pool is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept and clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and they helped make our stay perfect by helping us arrange dinner reservations and day activities. Our stay at Grace Hotel was perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better location and service while in Santorini.

Imergovilli is the nicest, posh place to stay on Santorini island (Ohio and Fira don’t compare). With such beauty (fantastic minute to minute changing sun scapes/naturally beautiful landscape and views) comes cold winds -caldera side known for this. The grace is among the many wealthy properties in this side but is clearly the winner on several fronts. 1 service- everything was provided or anticipated. Something that cannot be taught, one has it naturally. This was the case with grace. Ie nightly in room surprise (known in w hotel chain) kept our excitement as did the varying breakfast menu. 2. Hospitality- concierge real-from Mikaelis (inappropriately named in my opinion “mike” to allow ease of name pronunciation ) with kindness, politeness and professionalism to Dimitra our restaurant bookings, and island activities etc were flexibly, and sometimes last minute managed. To Giannis, the mixologist in the lounge (10 years of extensive experience). Let me tell you as a mock tail afficiando he knows his trade. Occasional only minimal lapses in service ie. we were asked three-four times if we needed transportation even though I had mentioned several times that I had my own rental vehicle. 3. Product Quality- the product is worth the money. A. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Although product line should be higher with this price point ie Hermes, Aesop etc. B.
