On the first day of our stay there was no electricity for two/three hours. On the second day there was no water in the morning. The disadvantage is that the owners are not on site and there was a problem in communication and transfer of information when the above-mentioned failures occurred. The lady who was there did not speak English.

Nice room with a super view for the sunset. Room with good space, every day new clean towels. During most of our stay we used the bus, the bus station was 50 m from there, perfect. They have also many Parking around the big proprety, but it was definitely not clear where to park.

How to say, Kitchen and bathroom was pretty funny. Kitchen super small under the stairs before the entrance of the toilet. The bathroom was definitely too small and water was going everywhere. The architect should change work immediately. Wifi not the best.

The location is fantastic. It's on top of a hill facing the ocean and I think it's the best spot in agios ioannis. Very peaceful and quiet, and not in the center of party town thank goodness. But it's also really easy to get into town because the bus stop is right outside around the corner. I loved that my room had a nice balcony/deck to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather or watch the sunset. Outside area had a garden and parking spot that was very spacious and open, with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The room was big and comfortable, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and dining table. I loved staying there. I went to a few other hotels in the area that my family were staying at for the wedding I went to attend, and I believe Fos was the most comfortable by far. I stayed for 5 days and it really felt like a home.

I loved this place but it was very difficult to find the place at night and check. I arrived late (told the host) because my flight was delayed and I took the bus. No free airport shuttle, they can book one for extra money so I didn't. The main entrance is not the one shown on Google maps - that one points you at a door that looks like a private property, with no sign that says Fos Suites. Actual entrance is further down the hill and up a driveway, not visible from the road at all. It's dark and there's no lobby, no host around. A nice neighbor helped me knock on someone's door, who didn't speak English and put me on the speakerphone with someone who also didn't speak English. I referenced my booking multiple times and said I was trying to check in. Eventually the person brought me to a room, opened the door, and handed me a key. No check in/check out instructions anywhere. Other than that the only issue was that the shower was tiny and the curtain didn't go all the way around so water gets out when you take a shower. Also there are very few outlets so you should bring an extension cord.

Good value location. Near a bus stop of the coach bus, which is useful. Inside the room the kitchenette was convenient and inside was a welcome water and juice.

The location is a bit hard to find, the location on Google maps doesn't match the true entrance. I arrived at night and once I messaged the host I was there, someone came out to gives the keys and show me to my room. However, there are no small shops or places rp buy food or water really nearby, or at least not that I saw.

Amazing view and lots of space. Clean and comfortable beds. Real Greek island feel. Great value.

Basic facilities

Amazing view, ample parking, good outdoor space, quiet surroundings Property has a lot going for it but is let down by bathroom & lack of fly screens. Bus stop close by.

Bathroom needs updating, shower too small with ill fitting curtain so floor constantly gets wet. Badly cracked sink, generally old & tired looking. Sometimes no hot water or minimal pressure. No fly screens in whole studio so we couldn't have windows open for ventilation. Kettle cheap plastic & handle got hot. Hotplate (stove top) old & rusty & difficult to adjust. Fairly long steep walk down to beach but is reachable by bus. "Seating area" consisted of a narrow concrete bench with cushions & an old easy chair.
