There excuses

I had rented a junior suite. Water was dropping from the ceiling in the reception area. Since there were flowers on the floor, they no longer needed to be watered :-). When they have shown my junior suite, I was speechless... unfortunately not with joy, but with horror. The windows were dirty and a large part of the wallpaper was coming off the wall. Cobwebs on the ceiling. A bedside wall lamp was coming off the wall. Everything looked in need of renovation. After I complained, they apologized and offered me an upgrade. I had to wait for another 45min. Than they brought me to the kind of Presidential Suite :-( I was happy that I only had to stay one night. TV in living room doesn't worked at all. The TV in bedroom was lousy quality, bad connation and always 2 black line on TV. I really don't know where i should start to complains..... The whole Senior suite has't had any window in living- and bedroom. The bathroon had a big window, but totally covered with non moveable curtains. The walls were partially damaged by previous water damage. The whole flat hasn't had any window. I don't want to write about bad flooring and others, enough.... My succession: Don't go there. Don't believe in all 10 points fake comments
