"We loved the stay and would love to come again, but please reconcider the choice of mattresses and pillows!"

All facilities are great! We loved the spa zone, rooms were very cosy, and personnel were nice and helpful. We appreciate great care with which the hotel is managed.

For our taste mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. We are okay with the proposed dress code for dinner, but it would be nice to know about it in advance.

Best hotel. Spacious rooms, good beds and pillows, clean and nice spa zone, heated salted outdoor pool, exquisite dinner options, great service.

Maybe a bit dry air in the room.

"A beautiful charming hotel"

Everything was wonderful especially dinner and food in general. Our only remark is that the staff seemed inexperienced and not quite professional (probably due to holiday season main staff were off)! We enjoyed our stay :)

Very comfortable and nicely decorated room. The common areas also cozy and nice.

It was too hot - in the lobby and the bar, also the room! Good thing in the room, you can always sleep with open window. Also the pillows were not for my taste and they have only one type of pillows!
