J'ai été trompé par les photos, en fait c'est un hôtel vieillissant dans son jus... Pas de parking, pas d'ascenseur, une terrasse inaccessible.. Bref grosse déception

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Rapallo and enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special thank you to Daniela, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Daniela was always available to assist us and made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. The building itself was beautiful and full of character. We loved the authentic atmosphere and the charming historic feel that truly captured the spirit of old Italy and Rapallo. It made our stay feel unique and memorable. We would gladly stay here again.

Très bon accueil. Bien placé. Chambre correcte. C' est bien. Et Rapallo est sympa.

Absolutely nothing.

Due to the following reasons I decided to cancel my booking at the hotel while trying to check-in and would highly recommend anyone to avoid this hotel at all cost . 1) Early checking was requested and approved via booking.com chat. When arriving at the hotel with proof of early check-in being approved the reception person refused to check us in. After some arguing they finally let us into a room just to kick us out again 30min later. Stating that they do not accept my EU ID, needing a passport. Which was with my husband at the time, who was driving around looking for a parking. 2) There was no street parking available as advertised. My husband drove around for 4 hours in the hope to find a spot. 2 hours into looking for a parking spot during a change of shift. The leaving employee offered us there spot but the spot was to small to fit. There should be no parking available advertised at the hotel as this is out of there control and is not an amenity offered. We unfortunately booked the hotel for the reason that it stated it has street parking available. Which we even enquired about prior to our arrival, and was made sure that there are abundance of spots available around the area. 3) Very disrespectful staff as there was zero signs of any customer service or compassion. After 4 hours, not being able to find a parking, the staff blamed me and said our parking problem is now becoming there problem. Stating that I need to make a decision on if we are staying or leaving. Futher more they were very rude to my two year old, telling her to stop running around after sitting in the lobby for 4 hours. Whilst being 7 months pregnant and not even being offered a water or anything during the waiting time. 4) Following all this poor service and emotional rollercoaster that I experienced. The hotel staff was more concerned about getting there payment than working to find a suitable solution for the guests in a calm respectfull manor.
