Pulizia scarsa, manutenzione della camera (finestre, luci non funzionanti, sistema di riscaldamento mal funzionante), pulizia della struttura in generale: anche le aree comuni e l'ingresso dell'hotel sporco. Corridoi con odore di cibo.

Le bruit: chambre mal isolée et dancing juste en dessous jouant de la musique très forte jusqu'a 3h du matin (mesure enrre 40 et 50 db dans la chambre). Aucune action de l'hotel malgré notre appel à la ligne d'assistance (accueil fermé) qui n'a proposé aucune action pour résoudre le problème (changement de chambre par exemple). La seule suggestion: que le client appelle la police pour resoudre les problemes de voisinage de l'hotel, un comble!

prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, nabijheid

Veel lawaai 's nachts door feestzaal in het gebouw, onvoldoende/geen controle van geluidsniveau. Op de 4 keer dat ik er verbleven heb is dat de 2e keer.
