Apartamentos Torre Playa

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Lage, geräumiges Appartement. Gute Kommunikation auch im Vorfeld.

Appartements sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ggf. Mal renovieren. Sehr hellhörig. Aus Nachbarzimmer in der Nacht Schnarchen gehört. Sehr störend bzw. schlafraubend. Leider gab es noch einen Wasserausfall mitten in der Nacht bis ca. Mittags am Folgetag. D.h. keine WC Spülung, Dusche, Waschbecken ... hat funktioniert . Kann mal passieren, sollte aber nicht. Außer ein "Sorry für die Unannehmlichkeiten " kam nichts. Ggf hätte man einen Getränkegutschein aus dem anliegenden Restaurants spendieren können oder ähnliches.

The Torre Playa is a little gem in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Not only is it a beautiful building with very comfortable accommodation, the owners, Tom and Cinthya are so friendly and welcoming as is their receptionist, Manel. The balconies to the side of the building are overlooking the nature reserve have lovely views of both the sea and Tramantana mountains. It’s a very peaceful location but also very convenient to everything with a restaurant on the ground floor with a varied menu. It closes at 10.30pm so there is no late night noise. The apartments are kept very well and the beds are very comfortable with ceiling fans and air conditioning which flows throughout. I would highly recommend a stay here and you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, amazing views from property and the roof terrace.

The location and atmosphere was wonderful. The staff at reception, in restaurant and everyone working there were very helpful and friendly

The only slight downside was although the apartment was very comfortable it was a little tired and dated but it wouldn’t need much to freshen it up. Also the bedroom door onto the patio was only locked by a small latch and not a key so felt it needed a bit more security here particularly as it was a ground floor apartment

The location is perfect, very close to restaurants but not super noisy at night! The hotel was very clean. The staff work hard and are very welcoming and friendly. We only stayed for a week but they changed the beds and the towels once and came and tidied and cleaned the room every day which was unexpected. The restaurant downstairs serves really good food will definitely recommend. We had a room on the front with a balcony and the view is incredible. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Would be great to have the coffee pods for the machine replaced every day or the option to purchase them would’ve been helpful
