O hotel é antigo e como todo hotel antigo precisa de manutenção. O quarto oferecido para 4 hospedes não comportaria mais que dois e mesmo assim colocaram 4 camas neste quarto. O banheiro precisa urgente de reforma e limpeza.

Ótima localização próxima a orla, opção de estacionanento no local muito importante também porque as ruas são muito cheias na região. Ótimo café da manhã assim como atendimento de todos os funcionários.
