"Mysigt hotell med centralt läge."

Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Då hotellet ligger invid järnvägsstationen och busshållplatser väntade jag mig mycket buller men så blev det inte. Området var lugnt och tyst kväll och natt. Jag sov utmärkt i den komfortabla sängen. Hela hotellet är smakfullt inrett och ger en hemtrevlig känsla. Frukosten var riklig och av hög kvalitet. Ett par exempel på personalens serviceanda: Frukosten tidigarelades 30 min då vi var många som skulle starta en cykeltävling tidigt. Jag fick även stå kvar på min förhyrda parkeringsplats, efter check out, tills jag kom i mål på tävlingen.

Väldigt tät trafik utanför hotellet, men det beror på det centrala läget. Inga gratis parkeringdmöjligheter.

"Fantastische ervaring van ons eerste keer kennismaking met het gastvrije Turnhout"

De vriendelijkheid, hulpvaardigheid en gastvrijheid van het personeel. Vooral de persoonlijke aanpak en service konden ons bekoren. Niettemin het hotel gelegen is naast het treinspoor, geen enkele treingeluid waargenomen. Goeie nachtrust gehad! We komen zeker terug!

De deurklinken waren wat luid bij het dichtvallen van de deuren, maar dit kan aangepakt worden.
