Location to the airport was ideal. Pool and gym were great.

They are incredibly strict and wouldn’t let us check in 10 minutes early.

Buenas instalaciones. Excelente servicio y atención por parte del personal. Atención calidad y amable.

Es una pena que no tengan parking gratuito y tengas que pagar parking en locales exteriores. Aunque hubiera sido interesante algun tipo de promoción entre el hotel y el parking externo.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, instalaciones confortable, sin ruido. Recomendable.

Un detalle: el personal encargado del desayuno, mirando fijamente cuando uno se levantaba a servirse algo, lo que incomodaba ya que pareciera que fiscalizaban la cantidad de comida que uno sacaba.

"We will go at other hotels on malecon, since price is comparable."

So close to the malecon, which offered the option to eat a supper somewhere else than at the hotel. A 24h opened 'Listo' was just at next square than ours. Rooms were pretty much noise free. Roof on the pool offered swimming even when raining. Breakfast was good.

The restaurant was announced on Booking.com as being opened for supper but it was not after 16h00. Bar was closing at 15h00. Fan at swimming pool was noisy. Shower head in a room was blocked by calcium. We had 2 rooms on different stairs. One was larger and included a table while the other did not. Fridge was missing in one room, we had to request one. Air conditioned was not started at our arrival. Parking was not included.
