"Salerno, una città tutta da scoprie"

La posizione dell'albergo è fantastica, in pieno centro. La camera , una matrimoniale classic, molto confortevole, letto comodissimo. Mi è piaciuto molto il bagno diviso in due sezioni. Colazione buona, con varietà di dolce e salato. Frutta poca.

Staff, attenzione e problem solving

Nonostante un problema importante di aria condizionata nella stanza, lo staff ha tamponato la sera e risolto il giorno dopo riservandoci anche una squisita gentilezza personale. Direi veramente professionali tutti

Posizione eccellente, letto ampio molto comodo , ottima pulizia degli ambienti, cortesia del personale. Bagno ampio .

Aggiungerei di mettere due cuscini diversi, di aggiungere un sifone flessibile in doccia oltre a quello fisso. La colazione da migliorare , ampliando l'offerta per celiaci ed intolleranti al lattosio.

Die Lage ist Top (keine 10min in die Altstadt und an den kleinen öffentlichen Strand)und das Personal nett und Hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen aus (seitlich) kann sich sehen lassen! Generell ist alles sauber und ordentlich.

Der Komfort des Bettes ist meiner Meinung nach noch ausbaufähig. Mir persönlich ist das Bett viel zu Hart, mein Partner hat sehr gut auf der Matratze schlafen können. Auf meine Bitte die Matratze weicher zu machen (Topper) wurde eingangen, nur leider mit meiner Decke, was mir nicht ausreicht. Aber der Wille zählt! Morgens leider, aufgrund der engen Straßen, schon sehr laut. Was einem gefällt oder nicht ist sehr Subjektiv, für 5 Nächte Aufenthalt war das Hotel gut!

"Nice hotel but don’t expect great service"

Great location. Clean room although the single was small.

There didn’t seem to be an emphasis on hospitality and tourism. The staff were nice but did not go the extra mile. Only brochure available was a glossy ad for perfumes. No tourist information. Incorrect tourist information given by one staff member. No thank you or how was your stay.
