Gente agradable y fácil aparcamiento , camas comodas y poco ruido para dormir

Modtagelsen på hotel Senta Ana var under al kritik. Vi blev mødt af en sur og ligegyldig receptionist han ville ikke gør sig forstålig ej heller med fagter. Vi mener at som receptionist burde man alt for at gæsten føler sig velkommen, det skal dog siges at receptionisten om aften prøvede at gør sig forstålig og hjælpsom.

La verdad nada más entrar en la habitación tuve que matar una araña y había un olor ha tuberías que mataba .menos mal que la atención al cliente fue buena.

Cet hôtel à besoin d'une bonne rénovation , les chambres sont vieillottes , les fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes ni les rideaux sinon vu sur la chambre d'en face , l'église proche est bruyante avec ses cloches , pas de petit déjeuner sur place ni de repas , chambre avec douche impossible de se bouger dans la douche trop petite et confort spartiate . We waren er al eerder geweest enige jaren geleden. Was wat gemoderniseerd, nu annex bar en restaurant waar je redelijk kon eten voor een héél klein prijsje. We hadden een rustig kamer waar het prima uit te houden was zonder enig uitzicht. Het is ons goed bevallen voor poco dinero. Vriendelijk personeel.

The first hotel we checked out in Elda was The Marriot, but this was a bit out of our price league, but they kindly directed us to “Hotel Santa Ana” and even gave us a map of Elda to help us find it (So Thumbs up for The Elda Marriot) Located very close to the old castle, The Hotel Santa Ana is a nice hotel in a good central location. A Twin Bedded, en-suite room with balcony cost a very reasonable 38 Euro (I think they gave us a Peregrino discount) The hotel was very clean, had a nice reception area with friendly staff and i have no hesitation to recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Elda. Just around the corner there is The Restaurant Santa Ana which i believe is run by the same people, we didn’t get quite as good a reception here and the advertised Menu del Dais wasn’t available, but we did pop in for a nice glass of wine when returning to the hotel

The hotell had a low standard but you get what you pay for. The room was big. Bottom floor with a window that faces the backyard with no light. OK for just a one nights sleepover.

We visited on 15th Sep 2012 and the hotel seemed nearly empty. Even so we were put into a room that left a lot to desire even for a 1 star hotel. The only window looked out into a dirty horrible inner space totally overlooked by other bedrooms etc. The sofa bed was dirty with bits all over it (had to sit on the main bed) The quilts on the 2 single beds were filthy and looked like they had never been washed. The shower was a trickle and therefore useless and in the kitchen area the power sockets had no cover plate on them with fridge plugged in VERY dangerous. Will not be using this hotel ever again. 38 euros per night for room was a waste wish we had slept in the car.
