Close to the ait

There was no cold water and when we reported that we were given a key to another not to move there but to go shower there. Imagine leaving your room early morning to go shower in another room

That there was no WiFi in the rooms and the TV at least if there was WiFi they make it smart TV also no microwave to warm food
