Warning ⚠️ Under Colombian law this place is not a hotel and everyone must pay the VAT. So add the VAT in to the total cost. This is nice place but the price you see as a foreigner is not the price you will pay. I've stayed in numerous places and never had this issue

Este hotel es perfecto para shopping. El servicio es excelente y la ubicación incomparable. Hay que considerar que el sonido de la calle es alto y se escucha en los cuartos pero considerando eso, un 100%. El desayuno incluido es espectacular.

Great location! Walking distance from all shopping and restaurants . Also a very safe area. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. However, there is no AC in the building , might get a bit hot, so we needed to open the windows at night and you can hear EVERYTHING! Every car , every person walking down the street. I recommend the hotel to add fans to the rooms

Well first they said it's parking but they had the parking garage closed so there wasn't any parking so you had nowhere to park your car and second they were doing construction and it was very loud and you couldn't even hear yourself think because they were working on the parking garage and that was like all day long I understand that doing upgrade sometime come with noise but at the same time it was very inconvenient you couldn't even rest because the noise was so loud but other than that I guess I can't complain breakfast is good The front desk people are okay overall I stayed there before and I would have given it a five-star but this time I can only get it maybe two and a half stars because of the noise and there was no park this should put that on the website and let people know that there will be no parking because people drive their cars a long way to think there is going to be parking and there is not you should always let your customers know that and change your website so people will know there will be no parking
