Acústica do quarto não muito boa. Conseguimos escutar conversas no quarto vizinho, por exemplo. Recepcionista - a que nos recebeu na chegada não foi muito simpática. Os demais funcionários sempre solicitos.

Surpreendi-me positivamente com o carinho e cuidado da camareira Jane que fez uma supresa no quarto ,pois se tratava do meu aniversário e da minha esposa . Com toda certeza foi um diferencial !!!!

Ao chegar no quarto tinha um copo de água na geladeira estourado . Comuniquei à recepção que logo enviaram uma pessoa pra fazer a limpeza, Entretanto , no dia seguinte vieram cobrando o consumo de 2 copos de água os quais não consumimos No final deu tudo certo . O senhor da recepção conseguiu estornar os valores. E a impressão final foi bem positiva , principalmente pela supresa que fizeram pra gente no quarto . Agradeço muito !
