Świetna lokalizacja, w cichej, bocznej uliczce raptem 300 m od Żurawia Gdańskiego, bardzo uprzejmy personel, rewelacyjne śniadania, bardzo czysto, dostępna sauna w cenie i piękne, nostalgiczne zdjęcia dawnego Gdańska na każdym piętrze.

Mały minus za dodatkowo płatny parking (powinien być wliczony w cenę), bar czynny tylko w weekendy i łazienki wymagające odświeżania.

LOCATION COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER, EVERYTHING WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I quite liked the fact it did not have a bar, it was quiet. I had my son with me who cannot see so the location was good for him as it is very flat around the area. Breakfast was excellent. If you couldn't find something you liked, you would have to be very fussy. The lift was quick, quiet and wasy to use. There was a massage place in the basement, I didn't use it but one of our group did and said it was excellent. You literally walk out the front door, turn right and walk a short few feet to the river and endless bars and restaurants.

I honestly could not fault the hotel, staff or location. Nothing else say. We were very late arriving but were still greeted with a smile and a helpful receptionist, it was gone 1.30 in the morning dues to Ryanair travel.

The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the historic centre of Gdansk. It was clean, comfortable and the young lady on reception the night we arrived, very late, was absolutely wonderful. All the other staff were pleasant and helpful but this young lady was exceptional. There are many bars and restaurants in the area, but midweek we were surprised that everything seemed to close at 9pm. We were not there for the weekend so cannot comment. Although by the time we left on Friday, it was starting to get vey busy. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Saying I didn't like it would not be correct. But we were under the impression there was a bar and a restaurant which were two of the reasons for choosing the hotel. There were neither, except for breakfast. It was not a problem as there are many others close by. I would probably choose to stay there again on a second visit.
