"Exceptional"

Beautiful hotel with attentive and engaged staff. Bistro food and breakfast buffet were superb. Tranquil spot within walking distance of a secluded beach and a pretty castle on the hill. A world away from the Cala Ratjada which is the other side of Capdepera.

"Taxi saga above was enough to put me off staying there again or recommending to someone else"

A l carte restaurant excellent Pool, sun beds and sun shades v good Excellent a la carte breakfast

4hour wait for a taxi that never arrived! Hotel needs to have a reliable arrangement with a local taxi firm or otherwise offer it own driver/transport. Standing outside by the road with your cases in blazing sunshine for a booked taxi that doesn't arrive is not acceptable for a purported 4/5 star hotel.
