Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von 7-10 Uhr morgens ließ das üppige Frühstück keine Wünsche offen und bestach v.a. durch viele frische und auch warm zubereitete Produkte. Der Spa-Bereich war jeden Tag pünktlich und über mehrere Stunden geöffnet und hatte einen sehr gemütlichen Charme und ließ von einer Auswahl an Bademänteln und Handtüchern, über eine eiskalter Eimer-Dusche, Getränke-Brunnen, 3 verschiedenen Sauna-Erlebnissen und einem großzügigen Ruhebereich mit der Möglichkeit nach draußen zu gehen keine Wünsche offen. Auch unser Familien-Zimmer war liebevoll renoviert und an Gemütlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Vor der Unterkunft gibt es großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten und der ebenerdige und großzügige Skikeller ist von außen und innen (über einen Freizeit-Raum mit Tischtennis-Platte und Co.) zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto konnten wir problemlos in 5-10 Minuten ins erste Skigebiet kommen. Von Hochzillertal, über Zillertal-Arena, Mayerhofen bis hin zum Hintertuxer Gletscher steht einem für jedes Wetter jede Menge Skivergnügen zur Auswahl ohne das Langeweile aufkommen kann. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns sehr gut gepasst und wir konnten problemlos um eine zusätzliche Nacht verlängern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank
