Location is excellent , very secure neighborhood and close to restuarants and gym, also loadshedding free which is a big plus.

did not like the instant coffee , a bodum with filter coffee would have been nice. For a longer stay a small fridge would have been a nice to have.

A comfortable spot for an overnight stay. Close to the Sunbet Arena, so it was convenienty located for the concert. Big bath and nice soft towels. Such a gorgeous garden!

The fan in the room (Room 4) went all wobbly and chaotic - that was quite scary! Would stay again... just don't take your chances with the fan.

Location was excellent - close to N1 highway, Menlyn, Lynwood and Menlo Park. In spite of being close to areas important to us, the location of the Guesthouse is quiet and tranquil. Security is good - gated area and electronic gate at the property. Beautiful garden added a lot of value to our stay, and we were the only quests to enjoy the garden.

Bed and mattress need attention/ replacement. Linnen is well worn and one throw was clearly in need of a wash.
