Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre est magnifique (comme sur la photo), très propre et confortable. L'hôtel est très bien insonorisé. Petit point à améliorer mettre un peu plus de serviettes.

"très bel hotrel"

le seul problème, c'est trouver l'hôtel !!!! Mais tel un trésor, il faut beaucoup de persévérance avant trouver "la perle rare".... Accueillis par du personnel très aimable et très serviable sans oublier la belle perroquette (ara au très beau plumage). qui donne une touche exotisme au hall d'entrée. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée: jacuzzi, kitchenette, grand lit,,,,, Bref !! que du bonheur....Un très bon rapport qualité \ prix.On y reviendra c'est sur.

"Not as expected"

We were encouraged to use this hotel as a meeting point for a very nice, highly rated barge cruise. In my opinion the hotel should have aligned with the star rating of the cruise...therefore we were disappointed. The lobby area is a bit strange. It contained a large cage with a big parrot who made quite a bit of noise. The noise wasn't as disturbing as the thought that the parrot wasn't really in an appropriate environment for its well being. I am not an expert by any means but it just didn't "sit" right with me or my husband. As far as the hotel goes, The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the whole place was a bit dated and worn, most noticeably in the hallways where there were large, obvious stains on the carpets. Our group was hungry and tried to go to the restaurant early. This attempt was met with a strong rebuttal from the bartender who let us know we were not welcome to sit at a table inside. We decided to leave and find somewhere else more welcoming. We travel A LOT for both work and pleasure. We like to stay in decent places. It was ok, but if I'm in Narbonne again, I'll find a different place.
