They gave me a special room with easy access, and the staff were very welcoming. The room is beautiful, with a glass floor revealing hidden old ruins underneath, which makes it feel really unique and special.

The property was in a great spot.

The first night we stayed the AC worked well and one person in our party got cold. The only covers on the beds was a sheet. I asked for a blanket. The staff member that I asked said that was a ridiculous request considering it’s 40 degrees. I said yes, but the AC works well. He scoffed at me and said it’s a ridiculous request. When we got home from dinner our AC wasn’t working. I checked with ChatGPT and it walked me through some things to get it back online. It did not work. It then said that the only other option was that the hotel locked the AC to be controlled by them. We asked the staff. They said the same thing. That the control panel had been locked at that temperature by the hotel staff and there was nothing to do to fix it until the next day. The temperature in the room said it was 88 degrees but it felt much hotter. The staff was rude and none of my inquiries or messages were answered. I will never stay here again. Terrible hospitality. Terrible service. And no sleep due to the hot temperatures.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Madrid. Praktisch alle zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Zudem gibt es gute Restaurants und Tapas-Bars direkt vor der Haustüre.

Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet. Ein kleiner Stuhl / Hocker, den man kurz auf den Balkon stellen könnte, wäre geschätzt worden. Nächtliche Müllabfuhr sind wir nicht gewohnt.
