Étape très agréable dans la campagne Alsacienne, environnement calme et paysage apaisant Hôtel de très bonne qualité, chambre spacieuse, propre , literie très confortable, accessoires offerts de bonne qualité et très utiles. Petit déjeuner de qualité, copieux et varié. Par contre, beaucoup trop de monde le week-end extérieur à l’hotel en espace Balnéo , piscine très bruyante , spa et sauna complets . Au restaurant Belvédère, aussi bien déjeuner et diner ,une majorité de clients torses nus, en maillot de bain , pieds nus , plateau repas à débarrasser soit même, expérience de cantine ou club de vacances ne correspond plus du tout au standing attendu au vu des prix pratiqués. Service beaucoup trop long au restaurant de l’hotel. Dommage nous avons étaient très déçus cette année, par rapport à nos précédents séjours.

Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous. Les employés sont serviables et souriants. La chambre est belle et équipée.Les peignoires , chaussons et draps de bain pour aller en Balnéo sont fournis. Les chaussons de chambre, serviettes , draps de bain et serviettes invités sont prévus dans la salle d'eau. Des produits de toilettes et de nécessité sont à disposition( coton tiges , coton disques, lime à ongle , charlotte de bain etc...) Vous trouverrez également un chisson pour cirer les chaussures et un set d"auguilles à coudre posés à côté des sacs prévus pour votre linge sale.Un plateau de courtoisie vous attendra dans votre chambre ainsi que de la lecture.La Balnéo est propre et la piscine avec une partie extérieure est très agréable. Le petit plus la Balnéo est réservée aux seuls clients de l'hôtel de 8 à 10 h du matin avant l'arrivée des gens de l'extérieur. Séjour très agréable nous recommandons cet hôtel et sa belle région d'Alsace.

We stayed here in July 19, the staff were very friendly. The pool was fantastic although was a little crowded at times because the spa is also open to the public. Both restuarants on site served nice food. We could go to the 3rd floor restuarant with our robes on from the pool as this is more casual. The one on the ground floor is for formal dining and also offers a set price menu, I had a main and dessert for EUR 35. The hotel also offers breakfast in the room, EUR 20 for continental and EUR 29 for American. I ordered the American breakfast, I was a little disapointed with it because the pancakes were solid and must have been left out for too long, I did enjoy the glass of champagne that came with the breakfast. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Excellent hotel and staff. Rooms and ammenities faultless.

We stayed for two nights and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. We dined in the Bistro restaurant on both nights and thought that the food and service were excellent. We didn’t use the spa facilities but used the outdoor pool which had a great view of the local countryside. We hope to return again one day.

Spa area is amazing. Bed was good but clearly been there a while as had a big dip in. Location, great being near to Ribeauvillé and other areas of Alsace. Room service menu want diverse enough if you just wanted something light. Would however go again. The spa is just fab!
