The reason I booked this room was because on the Booking.com app it says there is a free airport shuttle. When I checked in, the woman quoted me a price of "three hundred" for the shuttle. I pulled out coins, showed her, and said "300?" To which she replied, "No sir. Three thousand." I asked again for clarification and didn't think anything else of it. Upon check out they told me the shuttle was $300,000, nearly half the cost of my stay. I declined this and showed them screenshots. It took way too long for the management to own up to their multiple mistakes to make it right. It took until my hand was on the door of the Grab car for the manager to finally acquiesce and pay for the ride. There were multiple stains on the sofa, drapes, and carpet. I moved the sofa out of the way and sat on the bed instead.
