Park Hotel - Punta del Este

It was clean and cheap in the off season. The coffee they served at breakfast was not good but I won’t ding them for that.

We never felt very welcomed at the property. It’s a 2-star hotel in a beach town, that’s a hike to the beach. The front desk does not acknowledge you as a guest, it’s difficult to get any assistance. It’s overwhelmingly expensive to eat or drink there, so be prepared to move off-property. There isn’t much around, so the location and staff make this a no-go on revisiting.

The beds felt like cushioned concrete. Literally could not sleep it was terrible. Pillows were just as bad. No tissue or lotion in bathroom or on property. Our room had a desk but no chair. We tried to call downstairs for toilet paper (in Spanish) and the front desk man just yelled ‘no English! No English!’ When we checked out we got a receipt and they called while we were on the way to the airport saying we had not paid and we needed to return. It was bizarre, especially considering they had our card on file from check in. Front desk was not helpful at all and room was not ready when we arrived at 4. Food was edible but overpriced. The man sitting next to us ordered a tuna sandwich and they brought out a sandwich with everything except the tuna. Otherwise the Restaurant staff was extremely accommodating and the pool area always had open chairs. The hotel was in a central location, clean and newer but in no way on the level of other 4-star properties. I would never stay here again.

I had a lovely stay at Sisai. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, and the included breakfast was an impressive buffet. It is well-located in Punta del Este. My only complaint is the mattress on the bed, because it was the hardest I had ever slept on. But other than that it was a great experience!

It was very clean and pleasant, the staff was attentive to the guests. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place! AC in room did not work and street noise was loud with the windows open. Breakfast was good although minimal. Overall the experience was very nice. We would stay again. Next time we would bring our bathing suits and request a massage.

Nice hotel. Great swimming pool with a green park. The bed is large and very comfortable.

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I was expecting a better stay, but again I found the staff not very friendly, had to ask twice for the same thing, breakfast could be better and very unflexible with late check out, even for recurring customers. I travel to Punta del Este at least 8 times/ year. Hotel management doesn’t even try to please recurring customers. disappointing is the word.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so they let us change in the gym bathrooms. The hotel is near both beaches: Mansa and Brava. It is also very close to a shopping mall. It has a pleasant garden with a pool and a gym/spa with indoor pool. The included breakfast was fine, pretty basic; coffee was bad so I had to order and pay separately. The rooms are nice enough, very clean. The bed was comfortable. Even though we were facing the street it was still quiet. I would go back.
