Perfect for families, it's not far from main attractions, staff is really friendly and helpful

Good location and good staff. Basic on services. The bed linen was stained.

My and my husband's experience here differs greatly from two other people I was traveling with. My room was on ground level, and there was a weird odor outside the window. The heating towel rack in my room was broken. The telephone was also broken, but staff fixed this problem. The bathroom tiles had grime. Overall, I found the room itself a bit dirty and not worth rebooking. However, the kitchen and dining areas were nice, and the location isn't so bad if you don't mind a 15-minute walk to the center.

A comfortable stay in a good location close to the centre of business

Very nice and comfy apartment. Also very quiet and very good location, only few minutes walk from Trone Metro station. Brussels town centre only 15 minutes walk away. You have a 24/7 reception service. Wifi woks very well.

Close to sights, but be aware there is no parking outside hotel Mon to Fri 9-6.

The hotel is a bit off the city centre but is in fact only 15 mins walk. It is clean and comfortable, quiet and great value for money

Was allotted two towels for a full week for two people. Had to pay 5 Euros to be given two new clean towels. Asked for housekeeping twice, never showed up to clean. The shower drain was clogged and the water would raise to over your ankles. Hotel never fixed the issue.

The hotel's location was perfect. Close to all the major landmarks and close to all amenities for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff was very helpful. All in all a great stay.
