Visus Hotel Boutique & Spa

It was our anniversary and it was better than expected. From the moment you arrive it is a wow factor. The service was at 150% at all times from everyone. The Food was amazing and the juices where freshly made as you order them. The rooms are perfect and it even had a special area outside your room. Do I recommend it???? It is the only place I would stay from now on when in Pereira. The Best!!!!!!

the rooms although nice and big were not cleaned properly. suffered from bed bugs

absolutely everything. we were treated amazingly. some of the best service. everybody was so attentive and willing to do anything for you. best service, facility, and food we’ve ever had at any hotel. we can’t wait to go again

Staff!

Everything was being fixed we constantly had to ask for the water to be turned on in the room then for them to turn on the hot water then to use the pool and none of the water features were working. For the price it was incredibly disappointing.
