The room smelled horrible, the towels had food on them and looked dirty, 4 dead bugs in the bathroom and the TV didn't work

Staff was excellent, Vicky at the front desk was very helpful and communicative when we needed anything. Room was very nice and clean, definitely recommend this hotel
