Very spacious and clean light-filled room with balcony, a fantastic swimming pool and helpful, friendly staff. It was low season (May/June) and the large hotel was extremely quiet. The Front Office Manager Mr Vannchhay Chhann was kind and accommodating, allowing our family who live in the town to use the hotel facilities, which was really appreciated given the circumstances of our visit. The hotel is a little out from the main tourist centre, in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road 6, but is only a short $1.5 (use Grab!) tuk tuk ride to everywhere - the river, local markets, Pub Street etc.

We stayed a long time (15 nights) and paid extra for the hotel breakfast but it was a bit disappointing for our tastes. Understandably the buffet breakfast was unavailable most days because the hotel was so empty but the menu choices weren't that appealing so we ate out most days. Not a big issue as there are so many excellent, affordable options to choose around the town.

The hotel was extremely clean although a little tired in places. The staff were always happy to help with any problems we had.The pool was really lovely. It is very clean and the perfect temperature to cool down.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast options and initially were under the impression this would be a buffet each morning.
