Location was amazing and staff so helpful.

Figuring out Parclio was a bit daunting but again staff were very responsive and through emails they walked us through it. It would help to have a photo of what the parking area looked like. I thought it was a parking lot with a large barrier arm that raised and lowered. I didn't realise it was a spot on the street right near a dead end with a device in the ground that raised and lowered but it was a good laugh figuring it out and we did get parked!

The staff were very helpful and quick to respond! They arranged for airport pickup for us and were very flexible despite a bunch of flight changes and delays. The room itself and hotel breakfast were lovely! Very convenient walking location within the old town as well.
