Small and with the old charm the new hotels can not recreate

The hotel was older but kept clean.

Property is not being taken care of.

What a hidden gem! I read all the varying reviews of this property, and I have to say we have had the best stay here. Ignore the nasty negative reviews. The property is a bit older, but we have no complaints at all. The owner was awesome; we were surprised with up-graded accommodations. Our room was super clean, extremely comfortable and the best part...just a few steps from the beautiful beach and ocean. The property has lovely outside seating (rocking chairs for our morning coffee was our favorite) and bbq's for guests' use. Bottom line, we would absolutely come back again.

Close to all restaurants and beach. Had a tiny bathroom but was clean with low water pressure. I’d stay here again but max occupancy is 2 people.

Our fan didnt work. Liked having a keypad versus a card and the area is fun and hip!

Great location - right on the beach. The room itself could use some updating and modern touches. Check in was very easy and host was very friendly.

Excellent location. Right on the beach with plenty of activities. Dolphins swimming by and lots of sun and fun.

Beautiful beach. Lovely pool. Outside of buildings were showing wear. Inside our room some problems with window coverings broken, one of the ceiling lights had cover off and one wall plate was not on. Overall, great value for the money. Excellent access to the beach.
