Was not all incluesive no pool. Only can vist other sister brother pool ans beach certian hours. Water was not hot n shower food had no taste. But thats my personl opionin...staff was helpfully. No guest can enter now thats was the biggest blow. Unhread of

Overall stay was pretty nice. The employees were very friendly and the hotel lobby was nice and modern. You can also ask for a day pass to use the next door hotel's pool and beach. Local area isn't great. Not a lot to so in the near vicinity and the taxis are fairly expensive. Room itself was nice but the bedsheet was stained when I arrived which I didn't appreciate.

Stay was pretty good. Overall really good bargain in the area. You're able to get a day pass to the Loromar Now hotel next door so you can use their pool and beach. Hotel is a 12 minute walk from a really good restaurant called Citrus. Room had a really nice shower, bed was comfortable. Things I didn't like:. Bed sheet was stained and toilet didn't work at first (had to call for help). Would I stay here again:. Yes if on a budget

The staff at NH Punta Cana is great. From Roberto's friendly welcome at the front desk to Julio's great smile and wonderful attitude in the restaurant. The room was modern and comfortable. My king sized bed slept great. House keeping was always thorough. and respectful. I never saw them I just returned to a perfect room every evening. The Wi-Fi is included and worked flawlessly. The free parking is also a nice extra perk. I was pleased with my choice to stay at NH Punta Cana and will probably stay there again when I return next year.

We enjoyed our stay . The location and Quality services we received was what we would expect as seasoned travellers. The bed as super comfortable and the accommodations to use nearby facilities at pools and beach access was also a lovely addition. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is my address in Punta Cana. Definitely will come and stay here again.

My visit was just after Maria hurricane. I believe the hotel was affected. My only bad experience was with the room as it was very humid and the walls were affected showing high degree of "fungus" en the window wall. They change my room. The TV was awful and not according to the hotel level. Breackfast was great.
