Expedia sollte es doch in Gottes Namen einmal schaffen, eine ordentliche Rechnung an den Bezahlenden hier Ann-Katrin Gross zu senden. Warum muss denn alles so kompliziert sein?!

Was sent away at check in to go and get cash to pay for cleaning (125 euros!) No soap in the bathroom. No toilet paper. very dated furniture.

The manager should be more customer service focused. There is a way to inform the guests about any issues. There is a ridiculous charge of 50€ for losing a door key. Inform your guests about important things at a check in time no after check out as guests usually don't read your policy hanging somewhere in the room wardrobe plus not all will know German/ English/ language. Plus don't assume that the guest loses it after checking out, leaving the key in a door and coming back after 5 hrs to collect the bags. My advice - be physically at the check out , ask the guests to hand the key to you - if they don't have it then there's proof not after a few hours later.

i was upset that the seperation on the porch between my neighbour and me was very low and so there wasnt enough privacy looking around at all other porches they were much higher being that the porch was my main asset to my vacation it was upsetting.

clean and good enough for our purposes. very quite and we got good sleep.

Missing basic kitchen utensils like pasta spoon, only 4 of some cups and bowls. Lighting could easily be improved with a lamp above kitchen table and in the windows. it was either dark or non cosy industry lighting.
