Very nice clean rooms, nice views if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floors. In a quiet village about 2 miles from Inverness airport. there is a shop about 100m away that is open till 10pm. The owner is very helpful and freindly

Wonderful greeting by Paul on arrival. He was very informative on the history of the area and POI's to visit during our visit. It is a wonderful and relaxing environment and would highly recommend it as a place to stay. Local shop was well supplied and pub served delightful meals. View from balcony fantastic.

We really enjoyed having all the facilities the suites included. We wanted for nothing. Fabulous location with great views.

Finns många mindre kvalitativa ställen i UK men vill ni ha ett helt okej familjeställe med lite plus o laga egen mat o trevligt bemötande så kör på det här.

Much more than we expected self catering dishwasher washer drier even detergent for machines . Towels loo rolls cloths items I've had to purchase at other lets. Nothing has been overlooked very impressed Beside the Moray firth with balcony and amazing views . A little difficult to find a tiny back street in the centre of the village Won't have a problem next visit It truly is a little gem and bicycles too

Dolphin Bay Suites exceeded my expectation for three star accommodation. The apartment was clean & tidy and had everything I would want for a short self-catering stay. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the building itself was a matter of metres from the beach. The owners were very relaxed, friendly and had lots of local knowledge, as well as offering assistance if you needed it, but preferring not to invade your space and to leave you alone to enjoy your stay. The location was within pleasant walking distance from Fort George (a good place to spot dolphins) and close to Nairn and Inverness. I'm happy to recommend and would also stay again.

We loved staying here. The flat was very clean & was of a very high standard. The views were stunning. We will be back.

A very convenient flat with a very nice seaview. It was perfect for us, a family with 2 children.

Our overall experience in this hotel was outstanding. The views are great and we are especially thankful for the accommodating nature of the hosts. I would certainly be recommending this to my friends.
