The building looked like a nice hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the hotel and the restaurant was completely deserted. I knocked the doors but no answer. I called the two hotel phone numbers without any answers. There was a couple from France who told me that they had been waiting for two hours for somebody from the hotel staff to show up. They called booking do com about the situation but booking could not reach a nobody at the hotel. The hotel said that they sent a message on the day of arrival about self-check in, not an e-email but a message which can be found only after log on to booking. If they are operating as a self-check in apartment rather than a hotel they should have told so at the time of reservation, not the day of arrival!!

Did not like the check in process. After a 7 hour drive video check in on WhatsApp was not ideal . We found it impersonal and complicated.
