Zenden Hotel Maastricht

Hele schone, mooie kamer. Prima bed, keurige douche.

Douche is in de kamer en heeft een glazen deur, waardoor er geen privacy is, voor ons geen probleem, maar mocht je hier geen prijs op stellen is het fijn dat je dit van tevoren weet.

De locatie midden in het historisch centrum, fris en schoon bijzonder aardig personeel

Niet de mogelijkheid om extra bed op de kamer te plaatsen waardoor er een extra kamer geboekt werd

We liked the balcony which got sun in the afternoon.

There was no-one on reception after 3pm on the day of arrival. The studio room was not in the hotel but around the corner (It felt more like an Airbnb). There were 59 steps to the studio, up a winding staircase with no lift. We are a fit couple but it was hard with suitcases! This was not mentioned in the booking. Also, the air-conditioning didn't work which was a must have since I am menopausal. There was a note on the air-conditioning saying it only worked when turned to the frost setting but then there was error message and they said it could not be fixed until after we left.
