NLVriendelijk personeel, centrale locatie, alle bezienswaardigheden van de oude stad op loopafstand. Open parkeerterrein (betaald) op wandelafstand.
Kamers zijn gedateerd, douche in bad. In verhouding duur en geenszins een ‘boutique hotel’. Ontbijt is ook karig voor een stevige prijs.
ESLa ubicación es excelente, el acceso aún cuando no hay recepción está bien organizado. El personal de recepción es muy agradable. Tiene una cafetera de cápsulas que funciona muy bien. La cama es cómoda y el baño tiene detalles como secador y toallero calefactado, zapatillas de cortesía. La calefacción funciona bien.
Un día se olvidaron de limpiar la habitación (de 5.) El primer día sustituyeron el agua mineral por otra nueva y los demás ya no. Menos mal que pedí cápsulas de café en recepción. Me dieron varias y me duró hasta el final. No repusieron más. Restos como de haber vaciado un cubo de fregona en el inodoro, un par de veces

There was one staff person at a time. When we arrived, I was told I had not paid attention to an email explaining the doors would be locked at 5:30. I did not care, I simply had been on vacation already a week, and was jmnot needing or expecting an email. For thus I was scolded and insulted. Twice, actually. It turns out we were the only guests that night. Thus my 17 year old granddaughter and I, her 80 year old grandmother, were entirely alone in this old building on the third floor. It worked for us, as I had lived in Europe for almost 20 years and am a frequent traveler, and my granddaughter is resilient. When we realized we were completely alone we quickly confirmed the emergency number for fire and police. It would have never worked for someone less self confident in a foreign country. The continental breakfast offered for an additional 21CHF per person was at least day old stale rolls, with processed cheese wedges, no fruit no nithing. Needless to say, it was inedible, and the much more hospitable person working that day didn't charge us for trying to eat. We went out the next two mornings. The room was quite nice, but the service and the whole atmosphere was anything but hospitable or welcoming. I would never recommend.

TV did not work. I was told there was no reception. Tea, milk, water was not replenished each day. Shower was just about warm enough. No information, eg I did not know how to turn on lighting, where to plug in kettle, how to use coffee maker.
