Rooms looks old need renovation

No parking Staff not cooperative Staff member tried to open my room while sleeping Accused me using minibar,and I had to pay additional fees for nothing

I had a wonderful stay at Queens Suite Hotel in Hamra, Beirut. What truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Hamoudi, who went above and beyond during my stay. On my first day, I was feeling quite sick, and he kindly checked on us every day, bringing me ginger and lemon tea supplies and making sure I was feeling better. His kindness and genuine care meant so much and made me feel at home. I would also like to thank Madam Faten at the reception. She was extremely professional, helpful, and honest. We requested a late check-out, and she kindly accommodated us without trying to charge any unnecessary extra fees, which we truly appreciated. Many thanks as well to Rawan and Ammar at the restaurant, who were always welcoming and attentive. I hope I’m not forgetting anyone, because honestly every member of the team contributed to making our stay special. The breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The full glass view overlooking the city is beautiful and truly captures the charm of Beirut. What stood out the most was how the staff made us feel. We never felt like strangers, tourists, or guests in a foreign country. Instead, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend Queens Suite Hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Beirut.

Absolutely nothing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They respect the privacy of their guests. Hamra was a central location with many choices for cafés/restos etc.
