"Eine Klasse für sich"

Wir haben eine Woche in Meran verbracht. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich herausragend! Der Service, die Zimmer, das Essen alles ist einfach unglaublich gut und bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht. Auch die in 5 Sterne Hotels oft versteckten Kosten findet man hier nicht. Keine zusätzlichen Kosten für WLAN, Parken, morgendliche Gymnastik! Alles ist im Preis enthalten und dazu eine Freundlichkeit seitens des Personals und der Hotelführung die unglaublich ist. Wunderschön ist auch der Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna, Ruhebereich, Fitnessraum und Pool.

"Perfect three days"

Deserves its rating. Other than the breakfast buffet, I ate in the dining room only once so can't comment on the food. The breakfast was sumptuous. Friendly staff; lush, semi-tropical, five-star grounds; pool, spa, all appointed beautifully. Tucked away from traffic but very centrally located, the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet! As five-start implies, it is expensive but provides everything you could want for a meeting or getaway.

"Very nice hotel"

This hotel is perfectly situated near Merano center, but quiet and calm. The owners and staff was very friendly, food and wine was excellent and the facilities were superb. A bit pricy, but worth it.

"Great service"

Upon check in they noticed from our passports that it was my wife's birthday while we were there. On that day they surprised us at breakfast with a table set with fine china, a candle and a small gift for her. Very nice touch. Nothing negative to say about this hotel.
