Kensie was very helpful and had the best attitude! She put us at ease and made us feel welcome. We are thankful for her help also, she’s the kind of person one would expect in customer service and hospitality. Great work ethic. We need more Kensies in the workplace! I had a great experience during my stay. The front desk was very informed and helpful when I asked about things to do in the area. Rebecca was especially helpful and friendly, and the door decorating was awesome and such a fun touch. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We have been traveling for a week and a half taking our kids to visit family for thanksgiving in Denver and heading home we have been on the road all day trapped in a cramped packed down vehicle I have my 3 children and niece and nephew and dad and sister we are on a family vacation headed home and stopped here for the evening. Very tired we went and got food for the kiddos and my dad and then started getting showers in and getting ready to lay down and relax for the night. We have 2 rooms. 8 people altogether and then we get a call on the hotel phone and answer and I pickup and no one answers so i hang up and then it rings again I say hello hello thinking maybe it was my dad in the other room cause I have all my kids and they are eating and some are showering and then we hear a knock on the door. It was a lady her name tag was Mary from the front desk and she has a attitude saying that we were being loud and she tried calling I mean I can’t help it if there phone here doesn’t work. That’s crazy blaming the guest for there phone issues. My sister tried to call the front desk but it wouldn't call out. I’m sorry if we are walking around the room and I guess underneath can hear us walking around the room I mean are we not allowed to get ready for bed the kids weren’t jumping on anything or being crazy like literally walking around the room they have been stuck in a vehicle for hours and my sister told her well sorry we have 4 kids in here and she tells her well maybe you should put them to bed lol I open the door wider and the lady looks at me and has a stank look on her like annoyed and walks away. So the phone doesn’t work in the room so she had to be bothered to come to the room and have a attitude and be disrespectful I work in a hotel and that is not customer service I would never treat a guest like that. I just hope that they can get her better training in customer service I’m sorry that we had only been here for a hour and half and we’re getting ready for bed so now the kids are scared to walk around or go to the bathroom because the mean lady might come back.

It was a very short walk to the casino. Very nice rooms.
