Very nice and front desk staff absolutely fabulous

This is the worst managed hotel I have ever stayed at. Twice housekeeping knocked on my door before checkout time. The lady at the front desk told me the 2nd time I was lying and that nobody knocked a second time. She then threatened to have the police kick me out because I was cussing at her which was also a lie. I asked for a refund because this was not what I paid for. I also asked for a later checkout. Neither was granted. Facilities were dirty, flies everywhere, bed sheets didn’t look like they had been washed. Bugs were in the shower. The worst hotel I have ever seen and the worst management I have ever seen. I asked for a regional manager or the CEO to report this to and they would not tell me.

This Hampton has a large lobby with a Southwest theme. As a Hilton Dismond member we were able to upgrade to a suite. It was spacious and clean. The hallways and the ceilings look like they were new or recently renovated. This is located about 4 miles from the Dodge City attractions. It is right next to a casino. The casino offers great deals on food without having to gamble. I got a barbecued beef brisket sandwich with a choice of slaw or potato salad for $5. Spouse got a delicious prime rib dinner for thirty dollars. Hampton has typical Hampton breakfast and hot drinks in lobby all the time

We love staying at this hotel; it’s always a stop on our travels from Midwest to Arizona. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The meal at Fireside in the casino was a let down this time but they are remodeling. Service was slow; the food was not great. Pulled pork was dry as well as the macaroni and cheese.

A wonderful hotel, large room, beautiful oversized breakfast room laid out so that even when it’s full, it’s quiet and comfortable. Very nice and helpful check-in young lady.

The hotel was sparkling clean, the staff went out of their way to help us. My husband is in a wheel chair so they made sure he had a handicap room and even delivered a shower chair for him. We stayed there on tne way to Branson and on tbe way back home.

Rebecca who checked us in and who was working that night was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. She delivered pillows and towels and was so friendly

The morning lady was cranky and no coffee or sacks to go for early travelers
