Hotel Villa Cornér della Regina

La struttura in sé è bellissima, ottimo lo stato di manutenzione esterna , piscina ineccepibile, ristorante di buon livello.

Letto con coperta senza lenzuola, tappeti rossi sulle scale un po consunti, piscina senza bagnino, servizio al bar della piscina un po’ incerto.

The place is straight from a dream. Beautiful scenery. Garden is well maintained. Space in the room and A/C. Comfortable matress.

Staff was not friendly to be honest as a foreigner, our gps sent us to the back doors, we came in the middle of a weeding venue with no sign at sight to direct us to the reception of the hotel, we took the stairs got yield at by the staff that it was not there, not a good start of a relaxing wk. we still went to the restaurant on the first night took full menu with a bottle of wine, food was ok but depends of the dishes, we got serve the food of the wedding next door, we checked out right after and it was not properly noted on our check, we got asked to repaid at the end of the stay, we wanted to get a coffee at 2pm on the Saturday and got told the bar was not opened, and on the first night we waited for drinks at the bar more than 40minutes, no one at the bar despite letting know reception. We do understand most of you activity is wedding, but why opening to outside customers if you do not have staff capacity to satisfy both side ?
