Die Lage ist Top! Man kann zu Fuß in die Arena gehen und mit der U-Bahn erreicht man in 4 Haltestellen den Heumarkt. Das Frühstück ist top! Reichhaltige Auswahl, tolle Qualität der Zutaten. Schön ist auch das auschecken um 12.00h.

Im Bad war eine Stufe in eine Badewanne zum Duschen. Das war leider für unsere Freundin, die körperlich eingeschränkt ist schon beschwerlich.

Das Badezimmer war gut temperiert, sodass man auch nach dem Duschen nicht den Eindruck hatte, dass es kalt sei. Frühstücksraum und Frühstück waren super.

Schlecht war, dass die Hotelbar bereits um 23:47 Uhr geschlossen war. Wir waren um 23:47 Uhr vom Fußballländerspiel der DFB-Frauen Deutschland - Norwegen (RheinEnergieStadion Köln) im Hotel zurück und hätten gerne an der Bar noch etwas getrunken oder zumindest noch ein Getränk mit in den Aufenthaltsbereich mitgenommen. Das war leider nicht möglich, da die Hotelbar entgegen der Aussage beim Empfang (geöffnet bis 24:00 Uhr) bereits vorzeitig geschlossen war.

Dass meine Tochter 16 da übernachten könnte und viel Entgegenkommen da war. Dass das Hotel optimal zu Konzertarena, nur 100 m entfernt war.

Frühstück war sehr mager und hatte nichts zu bieten, Rührei war süss und nicht salzig. Kaffee war schlecht. Unser erstes Zimmer hat nach abwasser gerochen und uns wurde gesagt das wäre wegen dem Regen, haben ein anderes Zimmer verlangt und da hat es nicht gestunken.
