Super séjour dans l’hôtel Ithaca, Oscar était disponible 24/24h pour répondre à nos besoin. Chambre très agréable et confortable (101). L’emplacement est incroyable. Rien à redire. C’était parfait. Merci beaucoup

Grote en ruime kamers. Schoon en fijn dat er een koelkast was. Airco werkte goed. Het was er rustig en op loopafstand van alles. Strand was maar 1 straat verder!!

Even wat gedoe rondom de parkeergarage, maar dit is super goed opgelost!

Einfach und komfortabel eingerichtet. Strandnah gelegen. Wurde über SMS zu meinem wohlergehen gefragt. Hatte Nichts auszusetzen. Musste früher auschecken als erwartet weshalb das Personal von sich aus eine Rücjerstattung anbot. Weiter wurde um Unterstützung für die Weiterreise geschaut. Auf jeden Fall für andere Gäste zu empfehlen. Bei meiner nächsten Miami Reise auf jeden Fall wieder in das selbe Hotel.

Gab Nichts auszusetzen.

O quarto era muito bom e a cama muito confortável. Quando chegámos estava tudo muito limpo e o anfitrião Óscar foi super gentil ao nos deixar fazer o check-in antecipadamente. Ficamos com receio ao reservar pela localização ser próxima a Ocean Drive, mas não ouvimos nenhum barulho durante a noite. Novamente no check-out, foram gentis em nos deixar fazê-lo tardio para ter onde deixar as malas e estarmos à vontade. Durante toda a estadia o Óscar se manteve em contacto connosco para saber se estava tudo bem e se precisávamos de alguma coisa, o que fez toda a diferença.

O único ponto negativo foi que a porta, não sabemos bem porque, às vezes fazia um barulho como se tivessem a tentar abri-la. No início ficávamos sempre em alerta, mas depois percebemos que era normal.

Bonjour, tout est bien comme sur les photos en plus le service à distance, excellent, j’ai eu un problème à l’arrivée, la personne qui était avec moi elle avait perdu son téléphone à Paris. Arrivée là-bas on arrivait pas ouvrir la chambre, on avait pas les codes, on a contacté via Internet ils nous ont répondu tout de suite et ils nous ont envoyé une personne pour ouvrir la chambre et régler le problème de suite, ça a duré même pas une heure.

Franchement dans cet hôtel, on aime tout

Überdurchschnittliche großes Zimmer für Miami Beach. Die Lage in 2. Reihe zum Ocean-Drive ist super. Parken war in direkter Nähe im Parkhaus möglich. Man konnte Strandstühle und Schirme kostenlos ausleihen. Sehr netter und immer erreichbarer Inhaber.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo carinissimo albergo e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dal mare, le camere sono eleganti, curate nei minimi dettagli e sempre impeccabilmente pulite, offrendo un comfort assoluto. Tornerò sicuramente!! Un ringraziamento speciale va a Oscar, una persona davvero straordinaria. Voglio sottolineare la sua grande disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità, qualità che fanno davvero la differenza. Purtroppo ho dovuto lasciare l’albergo prima del previsto, ma Oscar ha avuto la premura di chiamarmi personalmente per assicurarsi che fosse tutto a posto, chiedendomi se fosse successo qualcosa o se ci fosse stato qualcosa che non mi era piaciuto. Questo gesto mi ha colpito profondamente. È stata un’attenzione rara e preziosa, che mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolata e considerata come ospite. Piccoli gesti come questo rendono un soggiorno indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore!

Niente , è stato tutto perfetto!

The room was nice, bed was comfortable, the property manager is very nice, I really appreciated that he texted a couple times to make sure everything was good and on the last day our flight left late, he was able to extend our check out a little. Also it was nice having $20 parking with in and our privileges really close by. Thank you Oscar

We had a little hiccup checking in but it was resolved after calling, and realizing the code shows up after touching the screen under the handle. I suggest explaining that part in the check in message as I ended up helping 2 others that were checking in having the same problem. Also the stairs going up could be tough for older people or people with knee and hip issues, Oscar kindly did offer to send someone to help with the luggage which was very nice .

I stayed for 2 days it was amazing , I really enjoyed it . It had a lot of lighting during the day very spacious and at night it’s perfect if you like dim lights . The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and smelled amazing 10/10 and amazing location and close to everything on the beach

Only thing I didn’t like was , it didn’t have an elevator so be prepared to walk up some stairs & the noise outside .

Хотелось бы поблагодарить отель за прекрасный отдых и очень профессиональный подход ко всем мелочам от поселения и до выселения. Однозначно рекомендую! Супер расположение, чистота, громадная кровать и удобство. Если будем в Майями-Бич то обязательно остановимся здесь.

не хватает мелочей типа пары стаканов и тарелок.
