USThe location is fantastic especially for the price, great value for money! It’s deceiving from the front as you can only see the entrance door, but once you enter inside the decor and atmosphere is really nice, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

EEEverything about Ithaca was absolutely AMAZING! Oscar, our main contact is one of the kindest person I have ever met. The location of the place is spot on and the rooms we stayed were HUGE! If I ever visit Miami again I will definitely stay in Ithaca again. Thank you to all the staff of Ithaca for such a warm welcome.
USThe room was pretty large and the location (a block from South Beach and .5 mile from Joe’s Stone Crab) was fantastic.
It would have been helpful to know that there is a steep staircase (no elevator).
PLPokoje w samym centrum Miami Beach. Ceny zbliżone do obiektów w okolicy w podobnym standardzie. W pobliżu plaża. Raczej aparthotel. Bez recepcji. Dostęp całkowicie bezkontaktowy co ułatwia sprawę przy późnych lub wczesnych porach zameldowania i wymeldowania. Pokoje komfortowe. Dobrze wyposażone. Duży plus za sprzęt plażowy dostępny na miejscu (krzesełka parasole ręczniki). Najlepsi są jednak gospodarze. Od pierwszego dnia bardzo zaangażowani. Pomagają we wszystkim (m.in. organizują parking całodobowy w samym centrum zaraz obok obiektu w rozsądnej cenie). Udzielają rad. Jeżeli tylko mogą to rozwiązują codzienne problemy i zapytania. Najlepszy gospodarz z jakim miałem do czynienia!!!! Brawo.

USWe had a great stay. The manager was very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The location was convenient and everything was easy. Overall a very good value and a pleasant place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.
AREl hotel es muy agradable y espacioso y está ¡muy bien ubicado (para compras, playa y paseos)! Estuvo todo muy bien y el personal es muy atento, respondieron inmediatamente a todas nuestras cuestiones.

USOur room was not cleaned when we checked in due to a clerical error. This was late afternoon and staff had gone home for the day so we texted and tried calling the number to the property that we had, but there was no response. Once we left a voicemail message, someone reached out to us and we let them know what happened. Oscar (property manager) then got involved and since there were no other rooms available, he put us in a nearby property which was great. He also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied for the remainder of our stay.
Would prefer to have a direct number to contact for any possible issues that may arise at check in since there is no staff after hours.
