Room was dirty when we arrive, trash in bathroom, we asked for maid service as we stayed 2 nights, nothing. Had to go to counter and request clean towels. Was overcharged 104.00 and manager has not reaponded

"Would not recommend LaQuinta in Dickinson, ND - mistakes can happen, but it’s how they are responded to and remedied tha"

Given key to room that was already occupied. Rather than apologize, the front desk staff let me know how upset she was in having to resolve the problem. No extra rooms were available at La Quinta. Staff person contacted another hotel managed by same people. Told we could go over there for a room. Told to get directions on google. Got double charged by LaQuinta-took 4 days for 2nd charge to be canceled and funds released. Replied to “Welcome” text with concerns. No response. Couldn’t get receipt on check-out from other hotel (Baymont) as we did not appear in database. Asked to have receipt emailed from LaQuinta. Never received. It wasn’t just the front desk…management never responded to text or followed up.
