Nice, clean and friendly hotel. Good value you for money.

The hotel was better than expected, nothing to complain about.

The room itself was acceptable and met basic expectations. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely terrible and completely ruined our stay. We paid an additional £12 for parking and parked our car at around 4:00 PM. However, when we returned to the hotel at approximately 10:00 PM, we were informed that there was no parking space available anymore. This made no sense, as we had already paid for parking and had been using it earlier that day. The receptionist, whose name was Atash (if I remember correctly), told us there was nothing he could do. When we asked where we were supposed to park our car, his response was essentially that he did not know and that it was not his problem. He offered to refund the parking fee, which was never actually refunded, and showed no interest whatsoever in helping us find a solution. We were treated very poorly. The staff were completely unhelpful and seemed to have no concern for their guests. I find it unacceptable that a hotel sells parking spaces that it apparently does not have available. If you choose to stay at this hotel, be aware that once they have your money, you may not be important to them anymore. This experience was extremely disappointing, and because of the way we were treated, I will never return to this hotel.

Staff very attentive and helpful, rooms clean and very comfortable

We wanted a hotel for a weekend of rugby and to that end, it served it's purpose. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was reasonable - cereal, continental and cooked but coffee less so! Bar prices were not prohibitive. View of planes approacing to land at Heathrow from the room was quite impressive!

Water ran out and three of our party could not shower until the tank refilled which meant hanging around for ages. Complaint made in person and through Booking.com app with no response. Hotel appeared tired and outsidearound the entrance needed litter picking, if not a little ground maintainence.
