Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal trotz falscher Buchung Zimmer bekommen und sehr gut und überlegen gehandelt und mich als Gast beruhigt da durch die Situation der Falschen Buchung von meiner Seite aus war ich sehr dankbar. Ich war sehr zufrieden

Location is good

1. Staff was not reachable. On the four occaisions we tried to speak with reception staff, 3x they were unavailable / "on a 15 minute break" 2. Pictures of room were deceptive - room was very small, not very nice, and was not as advertised

Die Unterkunft war alt, die Bett Kopfteil waren so alt, dass sie abgebröckelt waren. Die Böden haben sich gelöst die Dusche jede Ecke ist verdreckt. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken eindeutig. Also ich würde dieses Hotel nie niemals wieder empfehlen und das war eines letzte Mal

Dieses Hotel muss unbedingt renoviert werden
