"Great staff, clean, could use some electronics improvements"

The room was clean and comfortable. I like that there's a large desk space to work and plenty of bathroom counter space. The staff was very kind.

I tried to call the front desk and the phone dialers didn't work. Also, my keycard had problems twice and I couldn't access my room. Eventually, I was given a new card. It would be nice if there were electrical outlets on top of the desk and the night stand for charging devices without having to crawl under counters.

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. We were pleased with the location of the Microtel because it was close to where we visited. The breakfast was yummy. The pool area was always nice to visit.

"The overall experience was not pleasant at all and will not go back."

Location

The parking lot was divided up into so many small areas that it was hard to park with a trailer. The cards for the door would never work. We had to go down to the desk 3 times a day to get them redone. The shower was horrible as it had a handheld shower that did not attach to the wall piece very well. It would not stay in the correct place. So showering was horrible. There was also no comfortable chair to sit in.
