Wingate by Wyndham Bossier City

The bed was comfortable. The young lady who helped us in the morning (Destiny) was so kind and helpful! She corrected a billing issue, and then when I came back 30 minutes later because I had forgotten an entire bag of things I had left in a drawer she took me to retrieve it.

The room had a damp, musty smell. Also, someone had stuffed tissue in the smoke alarm.

The staff was great the location not so good

The staff was amazing with my stay.

I had to change rooms twice however the staff accommodated my wishes

Staff was nice, especially Cathrine at check in.

I had to keep putting water in the toilet to make it flush and the ac made noises during the night.

The breakfast was very good and location

The furniture in lobby is dated and dirty, chairs in dining area was dirty and carpet was loose in hallway

Carpet need cleaning. Curtains were ripped with nih hole on it.smell in room trash underneath bed.

Although the hotel could use some updating and touch up paint, the staff was very friendly by accommodating our request to being on the same floor with our friends. Staff was great.

Hotel needs face lift and touch ups on the paint.
